A recent phone call message from one of our customers reminded us just how important it is to always do our best to be responsive.

We first met this customer in 2014 and began the process, bidding against two other builders to earn their business. According to our customer, he knew we were the ones to build their pool by the way we listened to their wish list and responded with a design that took all of those considerations into our final proposal.

There was something else though, that swayed him to choose Liquid Assets Pools and that was our responsiveness.

Throughout the pool building process that coincided with the construction of their new home that responsiveness

was on display. “We had a great relationship throughout the entire construction process. They kept me in the loop on the big issues and didn’t bother me with the minor ones,” said the owner.

That included building a 7-foot retaining wall along the back of the pool. The pool construction itself went flawlessly. But the deck ended up having about a 2′ x 2′ area that kept sinking down. That was quickly remedied once the problem was identified and for the next few years, there were no issues at all.

Long after we built this pool for our customer, we continue to help with trouble-shooting whenever necessary.

In early Spring, an electrical incident with the control panel prompted a call. The owner was amazed at the quick response and when the contractor arrived to fix what turned out to be a breaker issue, the owner was kind enough to leave a message of thanks.

“Your follow up has been fabulous,” said the message. “I can’t believe how quickly these guys got over here and I just wanted to thank you for the quick response.”

We got the message. And we want all of our customers to get it as well – when you choose Liquid Assets Pools to be your builder, we’re here for you for as long as you own the pool.

Now in our 14th year, Liquid Assets Pools specializes in designing and constructing gunite concrete pools for its customers in central and eastern Missouri, Lake of the Ozarks and southern Illinois.
