Luxury Nestled into Nature

Project Summary

Even though the homeowners had more than an acre backyard, its steep slope prevented them from ever really enjoying it and sought to ‘flatten’ out their backyard into a family fun area.

Working closely with the homeowner, Liquid Assets developed a pool plan that complemented the natural surroundings of the wooded backyard, creating a design that cascaded down from the back of the house, providing many different outdoor spaces and entertainment areas for a one-of-a-kind solution featuring:

  • Outdoor kitchen & pergola overlooking outdoor living space
  • Authentic dimension bocce ball court
  • Sunken spa with surrounding sitting wall
  • ‘Tan shelf’ with umbrella

Two sets of steps lead down to the pool area. The first level features the spa and pergola featuring ample room for entertaining. An additional set of stone stairs enhances the flow of the design that leads to the pool featuring its own built-in steps for easy entry. The pool also features a diving board and tanning shelf with a built-in umbrella stand. Immediately behind the pool is the authentic bocce ball court that has become the hit of the neighborhood and a frequently used addition for these bocce-loving enthusiasts.

Pool equipment is housed below an additional retaining wall that also features landscaping to complete the transformation of what was once a steep hill into a true backyard oasis ideally suited for this family.
