Project Summary

Many times, homeowners want the look of their new pool area to reflect the architecture of their home. This classic home called for classic design both inside the pool and all around it, using elaborate stonework that reflected stones found on the chimney. Amazing attention to detail went into creating the pool deck, the natural rock waterfall, the steps leading down to the pool from outside and the stone fireplace.

The waterfall features the same type of stonework as found on the pool deck with a gently cascading effect into the pool. A built-in tanning shelf provides plenty of room for a lounge chair or two while the stone encased fire pit and the grill just beyond reflect the overall look of the home. It’s as if the pool was originally built at the same time the home was as the design is in perfect sync with the outside of the home.

Amazing attention to detail is everywhere – even the pool skimmer features a custom-made stone cover to blend in with the rest of the pool decking. Elaborate landscaping surrounds the pool area, providing both privacy and adding to the overall old world charm of this backyard paradise.
