Because in addition to building some of the finest concrete pools in the metro St. Louis area, we’re equally adept at bringing a neglected or simply worn-down pool back to life.

Our pool renovation experts can identify what work needs to be done and we have the manpower and skills to effectively manage the process every step of the way – from our initial meeting where we’ll assess the situation, identifying what needs to be done both in and around the pool right on through when it’s time to say, “Everybody back in the pool.”

With this pool, it wasn’t just the pool itself that needed some dramatic changes. The pool house needed a major overhaul and update.

People call on us for St. Louis pool renovation work for a variety of reasons. Sometimes, it’s to repair and update pool equipment. Other times it’s to fix cracks that have developed – either in the pool itself, to the coping or to the concrete pads around the pool deck. Quite often, it’s for all of the above. Whatever the case, just about everyone loves our Real Time Update app that keeps you in the loop throughout every stage of the renovation process.

One of the many refreshes this pool needed was new coping.

With this St. Louis pool renovation, new coping was definitely needed – just one of many steps along the way that ultimately helped to transform the pool. But the work that needed to be done wasn’t simply cosmetic. Equipment in the pool house was outdated and needed to be replaced. Within the pool, we installed new equalizers below the skimmer to prevent the skimmers from sucking air should the pool level drop below the skimmer or the skimmer gets clogged.

The pool house itself has been totally transformed and will now provide many more years of dependable service.
If the water level ever drops below the skimmer level, the equalizer can prevent long term damage.

Once the bulk of the repair work in the pool house and within the pool was completed, we re-plastered the entire pool. After a little more prep work, the pool was ready to be re-filled. We finished up by marking the pool with new signage – marking off depth levels and posting No Diving signs.

Our crews transformed the look of the pool with the re-plaster job.
Once the bulk of the work was done, we added appropriate signage around the pool.

The end result is not just a completely rejuvenated pool, but one that is now designed to deliver years of enjoyment down the line. So whether it’s minor repair work to your own backyard pool, or an extensive overhaul, remember, Liquid Assets Pools are your St. Louis pool renovation experts.
